Recollection, Reconciliation, Reminiscing (2/2)

This is part two of "Recollection, Reconciliation, Reminiscing". Well after the sharing, we had our lunch break... It was the BEST part of recollection. Our lunch break was two hours so we had plenty of time to kill. We had lots of fun... After eating lunch we explored the area. My favorite place was the soccer field... It had three goats there (a male, female and a kid). Crescent and I went together and we fed the female goat. It was really fun! Hehe... The goat was gentle and cute. We went to the male, which was more aggressive, but we still fed it. It was still pretty cute despite its peculiar color. The kid was scared of us. Can't blame it though--it IS still a kid. Well anyhow we went around again, and this time we met up with my childhood friend, Green. Hehe, we went around and ended up in the soccer field again. The goats were moved, and they were near the tennis court (see illustration)...

So we went near them... Hehe, the male goat got over the fence, and we sorta fed it a bit. But the goat was disturbed by Green, so it sorta hit him... Hehe, Green was yelling and laughing at the same time. After that, he went over the fence saying, "You think you can get away with that, huh?" He then went to the female goat and said "Hah! What do you think of me now?! (throws grass on the female goat's face) What? You jealous coz your wife likes me better?! Hah!" Hahahaha! He was really funny... I should've video taped it. Anyway, our long
lunch break came to an end and we went back to the room... Sigh. This time, our seminarian lectured a bit and told us that we should patch things up with people we hurt in the past... Many of us got up and went over to each other to apologize. There were water works too... It was really nice... Our friend Ayame apologized to us, too. I didn't have much to apologize about because I'm not close to many of my classmates (ipso ergo, I dont offend them much because we don't interact much either.)... Well, things were pretty good and our seminarian said that we could go up front to apologize to people. One of us came up just to tell others how hurt she was...It kinda pissed me off because duh, hey you made mistakes too! But I guess it was good because she told those who hurt her how she really felt. Anyway, things were all good... I was touched by our classmate Gray. He apologized to Pink because he hurt her... I was nearly moved to tears. Well the end of the day neared and it was time for the Catholics to have their mass. I had fun... It was really nice to see them apologizing together. Well, at the end of the day the non-catholics rode a jeep going home... There was much to reflect on... Well to be honest, I wasn't touched that much. I still think it's pretty okay... That's because I wonder if the apologies were really sincere or not. I know mine were... God knows our hearts. I wonder if they'll just go do the same thing again this coming Monday? Sigh... Or maybe I just don't have faith in my classmates? We'll see...

notes:
  • Hm, it was a good recollection. In fact, it was the only recollection I really enjoyed.
  • I do hope my classmates learned something. I did... It's important to patch things up with each other, so that nothing will burden our hearts when we worship God.
  • Hm, let me end with this: "With imperfection lies ever changing hearts..."
