Recollection, Reconciliation, Reminiscing (1/2)

Well we had our recollection yesterday...It was pretty much okay for me, to be honest. Don't get me wrong, I was touched too! Well anyway, this is how it starts. After I had bid my mother farewell, I went to school. Seems I was a little late. Anyway, we waited for our jeep to arrive, so while waiting I just chatted with my friends... It was all good. When the jeep arrived we all went on and went to the seminary. "Woopty-doo, recollection day..." I told myself. To be honest, I'd rather go home and play Wild ARMs 5...Hey, it's better that way than pretending to enjoy the recollection day, right? And besides, I needed to go to church later in the afternoon... Anyway, when we got there, I started reminiscing about last year's recollection. Eploring, exchanging stories... Nothing beats bonding with others. Well we got inside the chapel and there started the orientation... It started off with our teacher telling us about how grateful she is to the seminary for letting us have our recollection there. Then after a while came the rules... The seminarian told us about the behavior of the past students and all... Then he stated the rules. I didn't really care. Either way if many of us started making noise, those who follow the rules will also be scolded and that's just plain unfair. They won't even be acknowledged... And then the teachers will be telling us how we should act more like civilized people, yadda yadda yadda... Makes me wanna say "Well if you paid more attention there are also those who follow the rules!"... Well going back to the recollection, we departed and went to our assigned rooms. I still was uninterested in participating... After a while we had a little sharing. I shared about how I never intended to join the recollection day at all. I really didn't want to go because for the past 2 years I didn't enjoy it. How much more this year? Anyhow we went on and things were still the same. We had our break, and the store was jam packed with hungry students. I was only able to buy one chocolate biscuit. Anyway, Crescent and I went together and we met up with Fallon for a while... After the break we went back to the room. We then had another sharing... Pretty much okay. Things were getting livelier, but I wondered if it would last 'til the end of the day?

notes:
  • Hehe, I guess I made it seem boring and gloomy in this post. Well it wasn't that bad... In fact, it wasn't bad at all. If you wanna know how it ends read part two...=D
