.hack//G.U.: Rebirth

This i~s... Yup! You guessed it. A post about .hack//G.U. : Rebirth. Well, I was talking with a friend of mine last week, and he promised to lend me the CD. The week after that, he really brought it! I was somewhat impressed and I said, "you were serious?? Wow, thank you!" He's a real warrior who's true to his word (don't ask). Anyway, I started the game and things were pretty smooth--I think. The graphics were WEIRD... in an anime sense it was okay, but just plain weird. Although it's really nice, I wouldn't give it a perfect 10 outta 10. Anyway, I was bothered by Haseo because he looked TOO much like Uchiha Sasuke. That really pissed me... He isn't Sasuke all the time, but there are just some times where his attitude makes me say "oh geez, that is so Sasuke...Ugh.".

What do I think?
O~kay, I already stated part of what I thought... Anyway, it was pretty
good. The battle system is okay (good effects, pretty unique, but gets a little dull from time to time [hack, slash, hack, slash, skill trigger, Rengeki, hack and slash again]). The dungeons all look the same... Especially when you're out gathering those fragments in open fields. Of course I haven't gone far in the game yet, so this is what I think so far. One thing I hate about this game is that it has a LOT of dialogues. I mean seriously, it's as if after every 30-45 minutes of battling and field adventure, there's around a 3-5 minute dialogue. The most tiring part was when Haseo had to go through that guild master test thingamabob. I seriously felt what he felt--"Do I really have to do this? Get a grip!". It was so darn boring...

Well that's about all I can say for the moment (toinkz, I sound like some expert... That's so totally weird). It's not exactly the best game around, but I'm sure fans of the dot hack series will love this (I'm 88% sure)... So, enjoy... Hehe.
