Alice Academy

Hmm, I prefer watching shounen anime than shoujo anime because I love the thrill and action of a good shounen anime. Some of my personal faves are Naruto:Shippuuden, Saiyuki, Monkey Typhoon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Detective Conan, Tantei Gakuen Q, etc... But there ARE some shoujo anime I like to watch, such as uh... Mirmo de Pon, and some others... But the one I really enjoy is none other than Gakuen Alice, a.k.a. Alice Academy. This anime is really interesting, though it can get a little too "spoofy"* at times, it's pretty cute. I DO enjoy the life of Mikan as an Alice, and how she catches the attention of Natsume and Ruka... I finished watching the entire anime (never missed an episode), and I was kinda disappointed on how it ended so soon. But recently as I was surfing through photobucket, I saw a LOT of stuff in the manga that isn't in the anime (or has yet to be in the anime?)... I must say, they're really really cute... Mikan is actually in a love triangle, and it seems that Natsume is starting to warm up to Mikan, too... I dunno if the manga pages I saw were genuine or just fan-made (there's a name for that, but I dunno what it is...), but either way it's really cute. I mean, Natsume and Mikan in the same bed, getting stuck together because of this mochi mochi thingy, and then Ruka kissing Mikan's cheek, then shortly after Natsume kisses Mikan... Phew! It's really cute. And there are also shots wherein they're in junior high already... Cool! Hehe. I guess I'll try downloading Gakuen Alice manga... After all, it's the only shoujo anime I really enjoy.
