Hm! I was browsing around Onemanga for things to read when a title attracted me: "Highschool of The Dead". I told myself, "Okay, this is definitely horror." But I clicked on the title with no second thoughts. At first I was just going through the pictures, but later on I got interested with the story and I'm starting to like it. I mean, check it out: a high school guy who loves to skip class, his childhood friend who promised to be his bride but dumped him (but later on the boyfriend had to be killed), a female president of the kendou club, a dense nurse, a very demanding but incredibly intelligent girl, a fat guy who loves guns and weaponry, and a little girl who lost her daddy and was rescued by our hero... What's not to be interested in? And I love the way they fight and prepare for battle... Especially the fat guy. He made a rifle out of a staple-gun (whatever you call it) and this large ruler. Then later on they escape on a humvee and later on gear up for war. Awesomeness, I gotta say!! Well... It's disappointing on my part. Why? I went to Wikipedia to do some research: and I found out that the genre is also ecchi. That really disappointed me... I'm anti-hentai, so that means I should be disliking this kinda thing. But the thing I'm after is the story... Oh well. Perhaps I'll just read it until chapter 12... Man, it's such a disappointment to let such an interesting story--nevermind. Anyway, that's all I can say.notes:
