Game Over?
Ever since I quit playing Yggdra Union, a thought kept popping up in my head... Should I continue to play other video games? I mean, it's not a bad thing, but taking into thought time management, playing games benefits me almost nothing at all. I only get entertained for a few hours or so. And what do I learn from them? Well, I learn how to reload an M40 gun.I learn to always aim at a zombie's head when I shoot. I learn not to barge in to enemy territory half-cocked. I learn how to form strategical formations for my units. I learn a lot of stuff, but truth be told, I dont even need them for daily life! It's not like I'll be a soldier for the army one day. Why should I when I dont even know how to do 4 push-ups? And I dont plan to be some sort of strategist for something either. Maybe they can help develop your thinking, but I can bet that reading books can develop our rational thinking better. Playing games aint a bad thing at all (well, for the most part), but if you can do something better, why not? Like drop your ps2 controller for a while and read something? Anything would do... Maybe a mystery novel or something. Anyway, My game life hasn't really benefited me in a large way. I guess you could say that I dont need a game life. But I dunno, games have always been a good source for imagination...What do we need that for, anyway? Hum, all these random questions just bombard my mind! I dunno. I enjoy playing--I 'use' it to bond with my pals. but...It's not the only thing I can use. Oh there I go again...sigh.Oh I dunno. But I guess from now on I wont be playing that much anymore. Who cares? It's not like I'll die if I dont play... (shrugs)
notes:
- I still like the games I've played in the past... But I guess I've grown out of it.
- I'm not trying trying to say that playing games is a complete waste of time, but if you can do something better, why not?

hmmm...well i forgot everything that you said. -_- so i'll just say one thing.... true you'll learn better if you read but what's the use? If you don't enjoy it you won't get anything at all. right?
